At breakfast this morning, I saw a group of people sitting nearby that was talking about leica, so I guessed that they were going to the same press event. Wondered who they were though. Spent most of the first part of the day blogging in the lounge/bar/smoking room place. Internet at this hotel is pretty dang spotty, and you only get 500MB at a time before you need a new code.

At 5:30, I headed over to the expo site for the leica press event.

The event was crazy fancy. When I walked in, I saw two of the people that were at breakfast.

Later I found out that they were the photographer and the subject behind the famous photo “napalm girl”. They were also asked to go on stage to talk during the event.
