Stayed up till 2 or 3 last night writing posts for today. I usually save up some interesting videos during the week that I share on saturdays — they’re longer and I think people have more time on weekends to watch them. Went to prestudy in the morning, and then spent the afternoon preparing for this weekend’s worship.

PG gave me the lesson passage and outline, and I spent a couple hours finding songs that matched the general themes. I then spent some time boiling the pile of songs down into a 6 song set that fits together and (hopefully) makes sense as a worship set.

Went to church at 5 to practice with the youth. Discovered that most of them don’t know many of the songs I picked. I guess the songs that I learned from other churches weren’t as well known as I thought.

Joe led the lesson today on 1 timothy 6 and contentment.
