Was a pretty slow news day today, and therefore a somewhat stressful blogging day. It seems kind of counterintuitive, but work is easiest when there’s plenty of things going on in the world of photography, and it’s when there’s not too much going on that I need to scramble and work harder for content to share.

Got a special shipment today from a company called shapeways. I’ll probably share more on a project I’m working on sometime in the near future.

Acacia had a joint fellowship time tonight with both EFG and the cantonese fellowship. We had a potluck and then a special speaker. His name was Wayne, and he’s an old friend of Dave and PGs. He works as a missionary over in China, and his sharing was about his life’s journey and also the current state of missions in Beijing (and China as a whole). It was quite inspiring.

For some reason, Wayne kinda reminded me of an Asian Matt Damon…
