We had easter service at church today, where Pastor Gee preached a sermon on the resurrection. After service, the two tiffs, wilson, and I went to safeway to buy flowers and cards for the baptism candidates we know. I got a card for nathan while they got stuff for elizabeth and minerva. We got to the service just as it was starting.

It was cool hearing the different testimonies of the people getting baptized today. They were pretty unique and from different backgrounds.

At 4 something I went over to westwood park to celebrate nathan and elizabeth’s baptisms with their families and some of the youth group staff. We played a little sports and then had a bbq dinner together. Rob, brenda, and jess left early to go to deborah’s birthday party in sac, while joe left early to have dinner with his family.

I left after eating to make it to my IM softball game at the fields next to the arc. We ended up winning after the other team forfeited for having ineligible players. This was discovered after they successfully avoided forfeiting for having too few players by recruiting two random guys biking past.

We scrimmaged them for fun anyway, and lost that pretty badly.

Rushed over to watch the juniors play inner tube water polo, but didn’t make it in time to see any of the game. They lost pretty badly today.
