Ball Acacia Ball March 11, 2011

Did half my days work last night so I could play basketball with compass friends this morning at 10. We played a few games, but none of them were pretty serious because there was no one waiting for the court and because people in the game kept goofing off. John also jammed his pinkie during one of the games and sat out the rest.

Finished my work in the afternoon, and went to most of acacia in the evening. Had to leave brenda’s bible study a little early to make it to our first dodgeball palooza game at 10pm. I’m playing on riley’s NSG (freshman small group) team. We lost the game 1-4. We’re in the same division as the junior team, so we have all our matches at the same time.

After our 10pm match, I joined them at compass, stole some food, and watched them give seaton a late but super awesome birthday present (a fixie bike!).

We went to 106 afterwards, and spent the night hanging out with the junior (plus jon and jeff) over at 106. We played mahjong, manopoly deal, settlers, and watched hercules. At our 4:40 game, we lost again 1-4 to the team that the juniors beat. I actually didn’t play much. I only had one serious round, accidentally stepping out one and sitting out the rest.

Went home and slept at around 5.
