Making Beef Brisket January 31, 2011

In the evening I went to safeway and picked up some final ingredients for a beef brisket recipe I’ve been planning to try. I’m making 4 pounds of brisket for my family tomorrow, and if all goes well and nothing happens to them I’m going to try making it again later this week. I’m going to try and cook more than I have been (zero).
