After breakfast and some pictures with my grandparents, we were driven to Yantai and visited my grandpa’s oldest younger sister. From there we drove a short drive to the Yantai International Airport, hung out a bit in the VIP lounge (our relative is some sort of manager in the airport), and flew about 1.5 hours to Shanghai.

We were driven to our hotel by a driver that my Aunt in beijing arranged for us. Once everything was in our hotel rooms, we drove over to the World Expo and strolled around for quite a few hours looking at the various pavillions. We didn’t go inside since the wait times for each one were at least 2 hours.

The only thing we entered was a strange exhibition showing off jade. The wait time was only 10 minutes for that one.

There are a bazillion people at the World Expo.

Once we were tired and sore from walking all evening, we grabbed a taxi and headed back to our hotel.
