Joe bought a gigantic piece of steak today that we cut in half, and then halved again to turn our thick halves into 2 steaks each. We didn’t have any veggies tonight, and ate the steak with rice and pork sung (healthy, I know). The steaks didn’t turn out as well as we had hoped. We’ll just keep practicing and hopefully eventually we’ll have perfect steaks.


Joe and I only buy cheap cuts of meat. Maybe if we get better we’ll try nicer meat.
