Internet Back On January 22, 2010



Our internet was supposed to be working yesterday, but remained broken. After spending 1.5 hours on the phone with AT&T tech support, they concluded that though the new service was activated, we’re still connected to our old, deactivated service. They arranged for a repairman to take a look today, and the guy arrived at around 11:45am.

After running a couple tests, he went to the AT&T “box” down the block and fixed our internet. We finally have internet now after AT&T mistakenly terminated our account at the beginning of the month, having been receiving our monthly payment in the wrong account.

Spent most of the afternoon preparing for the lesson I’m giving this saturday.
