After service today we had our final course 101 meeting with the youth. The past eight or nine weeks have been really good, and I’m glad we were able to cover the material with many of the seniors before they go off to college in a few weeks. Had a brief meeting with Emmanuel during lunch after C101.

Between church and getting picked up by joseph, I browsed around on craigslist, and purchased two floor lamps and a bike. Craigslist is pretty darn useful.

The bike is a pretty old road bike – the first road bike I’ve ever owned. It works pretty well. Bought it without really testing it out because we were in a rush to Berkeley (joe and jeremy watched Wicked tonight at 7pm).

An example of the extent to which we’ve been living a spartan lifestyle: When we got the place, there was no shower curtain. We cut up two trash bags and used them as a shower curtain until I brought a real shower curtain up today.

Jerry and Lily’s new baby girl has gigantic eyes. She’s kind of like my cousin in that her face always has a “What the heck? Who are you?” look on it.
