Michael Jackson June 25, 2009

Everything pretty much came to a standstill today due to the news of Michael Jackon’s death. I was doing some work when I somehow came across news that he was taken to the hospital. It soon became one of the trending items on Twitter, and finally when it was announced that he died everything exploded.

The largest of websites started going offline due to the massive number of people trying to find out more news about what happened.

Crazy.

When I first read that he wasn’t breathing when he was taken to the hospital, I kind of figured the news wasn’t going to be very good.
