One of the things we bought at Costco yesterday was some steak. We've been cooking white meat exclusively these past few weeks, and are a bit inexperienced with doing steak. We salt-and-peppered both sides, threw it into the frying pan, and cooked each side. It turned out pretty well, though it was pretty rare.
