In the evening I went to a new year's eve hangout at emmanuel's place. It started with hotpot in the late afternoon, but I decided to eat dinner with my family before going. We had some pretty interesting conversations, and I got to know some of the acacia people a little better. The night ended after we watched the times square ball drop.
