Got woken up by a call from joe at 9:30 asking where I was. Was then informed that staff meeting started at 9am rather than the usual 10am. I saw the email earlier in the week, but didn't notice anything different about the time (which was bolded), and assumed it was just a reminder. When I arrived everyone was signing Christmas cards.

We had breakfast together, and then prepared for the lesson in the evening. The lesson was taught by joe, and had to do with stewardship.

Many of the youth were gone today for junior prom at the high school. Jeremy was back from his first semester in college and joined my small group.

The staff took some pictures together afterward while the youth were eating snacks.

Led games again tonight. The experimental game of the night was "Ro Sham Bo Warlords". It didn't work like I imagined, and eventually turned into something very similar to "rock-paper-scissors train".
