It all comes down to this. Classes are all over, and the bulk of my grade in all three of my letter graded classes will be decided within the next two weeks. I have two project papers to write, a poster to design, a poster session to attend, and an oral exam to study for. In XML, the oral exam determines the entire semesters grade.
I spent a good amount of time around noon meeting with my partner, and then worked on the paper as much as I could the rest of the day.
In the morning I took the intercampus shuttle from davis to berkeley. My dad dropped me off at the bus stop next to shields library. The temperature was below freezing, and we had to fetch hot water from inside to get the ice off the windshield.
The ride was smooth and uneventful. With the new ticketing system (you have to prepay for spots online, whereas you could reserve as many days as you wanted for free before), the bus is a lot emptier.
Wait... Hmmm. Maybe the date has more of an effect than the ticketing system.
