Joe and I attempted to roast another chicken today. He brought a glass container to catch the juices, and that helped us avoid the fire and smoke that we experienced last time. We also stuffed the chicken full of frozen vegetables and apple slices, which turned out okay. The "stuffing" wasn't as soft as we thought they'd be.

The chicken turned out pretty delicious.
