At 5, we woke up, emptied the rooms, and loaded all of our luggage into the bus. The drive to the airport was to be about 3-4 hours, but on the way we stopped at a flea market where there were tons of people selling fake merchandise. Team members bought watches, shirts, shoes, swords, etc...

From the market, we drove to the phnom penh international airport, which was close since the market was also in phnom penh. At the airport, we said our long goodbyes to the Life U students who accompanied us, and boarded our plane.

We flew 3-4 hours to Taiwan International airport, and had another 3-4 hour layover there, during which we had a meal together. We used money from the general fund for milk tea, dim sum, and ramen.

After boarding our next plane, we flew 11 hours back to San Francisco international, and "backwards in time". On this flight they showed the movie 10,000 BC. Worst movie ever. Seriously. Don't watch it.

There was some pretty bad turbulence on the way back. Our other three previous flights weren't nearly as bumpy.

Back at SFO, after we had gone through customs and the baggage belt, there was a crowd of Gracepoint people there waiting to greet us and welcome us back. We got into cars and drove to our respective churches, so I was taken to Northloop. From Northloop, my homegroup took me to Fuddruckers for a meal. It was interesting eating the massive hamburger after two weeks of meals in Cambodia.

After dinner, we all took a short walk in the area, and then I was dropped off at dana house. I retrieve some personal items of mine from my room there, and then drove back to Davis, arriving before midnight.

Thank you God for a safe, productive, fruitful, enjoyable, meaningful, and memorable mission trip.
