When I woke up this morning, all the guys who were sleeping in the sanctuary with me were gone. The sisters were all still around, as well as Robert and Isaiah, the two brothers who slept in the bus rather than the sanctuary. We wondered where they guys disappeared to for a while before they returned.

They informed us that they had taken a walk through the village. When they returned, the rest of us went on a short walk as well through the village. It was a very, very beautiful location with sunlight streaming through the coconut trees and some smoke or fog making the air kind of hazy.

Back at the church, we had some fellowship time with the pastor and some Life University bible students that came along as our translators. We sang some songs, listened to the bible students’ testimonies, and then heard a brief message by the pastor.

It started raining pretty hard near the end of the message, so instead of doing a prayer walk through the village as originally planned, we decided to leave and go back to Life University. On the way back, we stopped by a Buddhist temple and prayed for it in the rain, before getting back into the bus and continuing our journey back.

Back at Life U, we had lunch, celebrated Elisa's birthday, and then a short team meeting with Team B, during which we informed each other of what happened at our respective villages. We then spent much of the remainder of the day preparing for Sunday services tomorrow and the Gospelfest event we’re having next Tuesday. It’s going to be sort of life a carnival, so we’re making banners and coming up with fun booths and games for the kids.

After dinner, we spent a good amount of time in the field playing soccer with some Life U students. We played until well after the sun had gone down. It’s rainy season here in Cambodia, so most of the time we’ve been here it has been raining. Thus, our soccer game today was played on a very, very muddy field, making the game very different than normal soccer. There was a lot of sliding around, and falling face first into the mud.

For the rest of the evening, we had some skit practices and other preparations.

When I woke up and found everyone missing from their sleeping bags, I jokingly remarked to those of us left behind that I was glad the missing members' clothes weren't lying in heaps in their sleeping bags.
