Today is my brother's thirteenth birthday. My mom has been working really hard for the past few weeks putting together multiple scrapbooks for the occasion, and collecting scrapbook pages from friends, teachers, coaches, and anyone else who has known my brother for the past thirteen years of his life.
My mom did the same thing for me for my 13th and 18th birthdays. The scrapbooks are really impressive and become more and more valuable to me with time. I didn't appreciate them as much when I received them as I do now, since now I've come to realize how valuable they really are, and how much time my mom actually spends working on them.
At 5pm, I left for my last training meeting. We're leaving for cambodia tomorrow night. We went over a lot of last minute details today, had skit practice, song practice, and a prayer meeting.
