I went to discussion section for AI this afternoon just to drop off my homework, and then went home afterwards. At 7 something, we left for alameda to meet our homegroup at In-n-Out. We had dinner there, and then went to bible study at joe song's house. The other guys came from basketball, but we didn't play.
For bible study, we went over Psalm 23, the chapter we've been going over in DTs this week. At the end of bible study, we had a chance to write our own Psalm 23s.
Since Sean and I have springfest tomorrow at north loop, we spent the night at Joe song's place, and slept in sleeping bags in his living room.
Chris cheng is the craziest piano player I have ever had a chance to meet. At joe song's house after bible study, he was sitting at the piano, and we would have him listen to music and play it. Chris has perfect pitch, and plays everything exactly as it sounds without having to test out keys at all before beginning. My weak description of his talent does not do it justice. It's pretty much beyond crazy.
Joe song told us that the Psalm 23 didn't have to be serious. Here's... someones...
The LORD is my PC, I shall not be in want of a Mac.
He makes me start up in green pastures,
He leads me through quick updates,
He reformats me.
He guides me in packets of the internet
through domain names.
Even though I walk
through the valley of the blue screen of death,
I will fear no hackers,
for your firewall is with me;
Your updates and patches,
they restore me.
You prepare Windows only programs before me
in the presence of Mac users.
Your anoint my programs with speed;
my CPU overclocks.
Surely speed and compatibility will follow me
all the days of my warranty,
and I will dwell in your operating system
forever.
