Spent the afternoon and half of the evening at the Y, working on a single problem of my problem set. I've been getting one problem a day done for the past few days. When I got back to the apartment, we had a pretty entertaining time playing certain things on yahoo games with a group of dwight guys.

Joseph fell asleep pretty early in the evening, after sleeping about three hours last night. Since tomorrow is april fools day, James Park decided to pull a prank on joseph as Joseph slept with his mouth open. James walked into the kitchen, and emerged with some Cayenne pepper, saying, "This starts off okay, and keeps getting spicier!"

Sean and I grinned, but kept on playing toki toki boom on yahoo games (I won 3 or 4 games to 1 by the way).

James started off by putting pinches of the pepper on joseph's lip, but wasn't able to get any into his mouth. He thought about it a little, and then tried to deliver the pepper into joseph's mouth by using a sheet of paper.

Joseph didn't react at all, so james went back to his work.

Suddenly, after about a minute, joseph began to sputter, cough, and wheeze like an old car exhaust. After five seconds of that, as abruptly as it had begun, peace returned to joseph's face, and he curled back up into dreamland.

After witnessing this, sean and I experienced severe inner conflict and agony, in more ways than one. On one hand, we felt bad for joseph and his suffering. On the other hand, he was asleep and probably didn't experience the suffering, except maybe in his dream. Thus, we started laughing so hard in a stifled manner that our sides hurt and tears started coming out of my eyes.

As of writing his post, joseph still doesn't know what happened last night. When he woke up this morning, nothing was out of the ordinary. He might not find out for a while too, since he hasn't been reading this blog much.

However... Joseph, when you read this. The whole thing was James' doing.

While I was in Wurster today (for the lab), I walked by some architecture students presenting designs to their class. It was pretty interesting listening to them speak about their weird looking designs, and how much they could say about them.
