After photography from 2-5, I went to the library and stayed there until 12. I spent the time working on my problem set due tomorrow, tinkering a tiny bit on my project, and studying a good amount for my midterm. Things have been very busy and hectic lately, but the massive amounts of library time is helping.

I spent a few hours working on my algorithm's problem set early on, and then read the newsgroup to see what people were discussing. I noticed that some of the problem numbers didn't match what I was seeing on my homework.

Suddenly, my heart sank.

I realized that something was wrong. I never bought the algorithms textbook our class is using, since there's an online pdf version that is available for free. However, the online version is a final draft of the finished textbook, but some of the exercise numbers are wrong.

Basically, I spent multiple hours working on certain problems that didn't actually appear in my problem set, and neglected a couple problems that actually are. In other words, I spent a lot of time working on the wrong problems. I thought I was almost done with the problem set, with one problem to go, when I suddenly found myself with 3 problems to go.
