Derrick, Sang, Tommy, Aaron, Sean, and Dustin stayed over last night at Joseph's house, and spent the day today in Davis. I met up with them at lunch and briefly in the evening. For lunch we went to Fuji's, a sushi buffet that seems to be a big attraction for outsiders. We didn't stuff ourselves too badly this time.
In the past when I've gone to Fuji's, I've tried to count the number of plates I ate very strictly, and ate in way that would maximize my "plate count". Today, I didn't care how many plates I ate, but instead simply tried to enjoy the meal. Twas much better than my previous experiences.
I don't like sashimi.
At 6:30, my brother and I went to his youth group, where the guys were as well. We had games (king kong shower), worship, and a message given by joseph. I left as they were breaking into small groups.
The time not mentioned in this blog I spent at home with my family, and working on a mountain of schoolwork.
I need to learn to grow in humility and be quicker to acknowledge mistakes and offer apologies.
