Joseph and I drove to berkeley this morning with Kevin (Jon Yang's housemate), and dropped him off at ranch 99 on the way. We got to Berkeley half an hour before church 101, so we had some time to get stuff unloaded before walking to church. In church 101 today we talked about the core values.
Between church 101 and service I went home and rested for a while.
Service was combined into one service today, so the gym was used as the overflow room.
At service, we had a guest sermon by joe kim. He spoke about strength in soul and not body and mind. Afterwards he shared about his japan mission calling, and how he's going to spend the rest of his life serving in Japan.
After service K1 had takedown. We went to the gym and took down things in the overflow room. While we were there, we celebrated ditha and kevan ho's birthdays. Afterwards they provided a meal for everyone who helped.
For the rest of the evening, I worked on my last huge programming project due this wednesday for 61C.
Happy birthday Dit!
My brother got first place at the CalChess State Grade Level Championships today in Stockton. It was a two day tournament.
Good job Isaac!
