My brother and I played a little Tiger Woods golf this afternoon before I drove him over to Borders for the chess gathering he attends. I've been hard at work these days developing some pretty cool new stuff for Photoblog.com, including better ways to stay in touch with your friends' entries and activities on the site.

Hebrews 11

By faith we understand that the universe was formed at God's command, so that what is seen was not made out of what was visible.

It is clear that the universe had a beginning. If you deny God and search for this beginning via naturalism, you arrive at absurd conclusions and theories of the universe spontaneously exploding itself into creation from an infinitely small point in space. Somehow, this is an acceptable conclusion for atheists, whereas an omnipotent God is out of the question. Hmm...

And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe he exists

Verse 34 tells us that by faith, our weaknesses can be turned into our strengths.
