At noon, my brother and I rode downtown to watch Ratatouille. The movie was at 1:30, so we spent some time in borders reading comics. At 1:20, we rode across the street to the theater and went inside to get seats. It was surprisingly full despite the fact that the showing was at a time when most people work.

Ratatouille:

Pixar is amazing. It's incredible how the company churns out one home run after another, with no failures in between. Pixar reminds me of Apple, since both companies seem to have a sparkly clean image and reputation (despite the fact that I don't like Apple).

Ratatouille is probably the best animated movie I've seen, and probably the best Pixar film so far. The detail of the movie is amazing, and it was entertaining to both children and adults. It's one of those movies that make you want to do something after watching it. In this case, you'll probably leave the theater with a strong desire to cook.

Flawless!
