Great Soccer Win

Our team, "Bringin' Soccer Back", finally won a match tonight. I don't exactly know what the score ended as, but it was something like 7-3 or 8-3. Bobak and Ali couldn't make it, but we had surprisingly good teamwork today, and moved the ball around really well. Hopefully we'll somehow make the playoffs.
If we don't, our season is over.
My brother and my dad came to watch our match tonight. I promised my brother he could watch at least one of our games. Since tonight was the only win we had, I guess we made a good choice by choosing tonight's game.
Let's assume Barry Bond's did take steroids. How much of an impact do you think the steroids had on his baseball skills? He's taking a lot of criticism right now, especially since he's only around 10 homers shy of the all time record. Is it possible that other baseball players have taken even more illegal substances, yet did not see the same improvements? Does more muscle help Barry make contact with the ball?
In my personal opinion on this matter, I think Barry would still be making history whether or not he bulked up via steroids. There's a good chance he wouldn't be hitting as many homers, but he would still be a feared batter... Maybe he would hit even better if he didn't have all that muscle getting in the way.
I won't really know what to think if he does indeed break the record (which I think he will).
I just finished the book "How to Stay Christian in College", and now I'm starting on a three book series that Auntie Dolly gave me a really long time ago. It's called "The Modern Creation Trilogy." The three books present arguments for creation using scripture, science, and society.
I've tried reading the books in the past, but I wasn't able to stay focused on them. Recently, however, I've been going through the books that I've had on my shelves but never got around to reading. So far this first book, "Scripture and Creation" has been really, really good.
An interesting aspect of these books, is that it takes a lot of the evidence used by evolutionists and demonstrates quite effectively that they actually support creationism more than evolution.
