Today was the third day of the "I Found It Too" campaign, where many of the Christian fellowships on campus join together and wear a bright green shirt that says "I found it too". The purpose is to have people ask what it means for the opportunity to witness to them. It's encouraging seeing so many shirts around.

When the week long even was first announced, I thought it was a good idea, but didn't sign up for a shirt, since I've been wearing Christian shirts that make people ask questions for quite some time now. I also didn't think it was going to be this big and widespread. I regret not ordering a shirt...

However, I've changed my facebook profile to the lime green image that everyone is using, and I've had people ask about that...

Tomorrow I'm visiting Berkeley with my family to see the campus and some other stuff.

In the morning, I was eating a bag of organic cereal (kinda for breakfast) during my philosophy lecture. After consuming about half the bag, I decided that I was thirsty and reached into my backpack to pull out my water bottle. However, all I felt was an empty void where my bottle should have been. It was one of those "got milk?" moments you see on TV but never experience.

I sadly resumed eating my cereal without being able to quench my thirst. After a while, I glanced something out of the corner of my eye. I looked down to my right, and saw my bottle of water sitting on the ground, on the right side of my chair.

Somehow, I took the water bottle out and put it on the ground, and then completely forgot about it. It was a pretty weird feeling. I'm getting old.

When I walked out of my differential equations lecture, I walked past a table with a squirrel sitting on top eating a nut. I stopped to take some pictures, but when I moved in to get a clearer shot, the squirrel panicked and ran off the table and around a tree. When I peeked around the tree, it was sitting directly on the other side, and had resumed the consumption of the nut.

It's funny how animals are always scared you're going to attack it. They have no idea whether you're coming closer because you think it's cute, or because you have a desire to eat it. In the morning I saw a mother duck with really small ducklings following it. They kinda dispersed as I rode by on my bike.

On my way to grace alive tonight, I drove past a tall, black man wearing a exercise outfit and carrying a gigantic boom box. He was walking right down the street near my house. After grace alive, I walked out to the parking lot near the tennis courts on campus, and the same guy walked right past me, playing music loudly on the boom box.

It was amusing because I live a pretty significant distance away from where we meet for grace alive. It was a huge coincidence that he travelled exactly the same path and walked past me a second time about 1.5 hours later. Crazy...

After getting home from grace alive at around 8:40, I talked with Ross online and we decided to go play some basketball at the ARC (for the second time today. we played once already this morning). We played one full game of basketball (but lost). The place was packed, so we couldn't get into another game after the first one.

If you're just tuning it, I'm currently deciding between staying at Davis with a Regents Scholarship for the next two years, or accepting UC Berkeley's offer of admission as a transfer student to their computer science program. For more details on this, please visit the entry posted two days ago, "Big Announcement".

If you comment on that entry and share your thoughts and opinions with me, I will be eternally grateful, just like those little green alien things in Toy Story.
