Today was sunday, and aside from church and schoolwork, I didn't do much else. I ended the day without taking any pictures... (Wow!). Today's photographs are "guest photographs" by mi padre taken during my brother's matches at the Junior Nationals Chess Championship in Sacramento today.

The tournament lasted a total of three days... For the past three days, my brother has spent many hours playing 6 rounds of chess. Spending 1.5 hours on your personal chess moves is quite a display of patience.

He ended up ranking in the low trophy positions in both blitz chess and normal chess. One of the two trophies he brought back is larger than some of his first place trophies from smaller tournaments.
