I had my final lectures of winter quarter 2007 today. First was linear algebra in the morning at 8am with Dr. Benjamin Schlein, a very young Italian professor. He has a PhD from the university Einstein attended, and is extremely male-modelish compared to other professors I've had. He always dresses fashionably.

He comes to class wearing scarfs, lacoste shirts, leather jackets, etc... Haha.

I enjoyed the class, and would recommend it to anyone will to put in the time studying the material. Aside from understanding the basic concepts, everything else in the class is very straightforward. The curves are lenient, the grading is fair, and he doesn't try to throw you curveballs on tests.

From there I went over to my last Political Science discussion, led by Carl Palmer, a PhD student here. We had a little review session in preparation for our final exam this Saturday morning at 10:30.

When that was done at 10am, I rode over to the ARC to exercise. After spending time in the weight room, Trevor and I went upstairs and boxed in the Pavilion. Boxing is fun and gruelling.

From there, I went and studied for my last physics quiz. I ate a little of the pie they were selling at the Silo because of "pie day".

I got my final physics quiz correct, and ended the quarter scoring 90.9% on my physics quizzes. The quizzes make up 14% of our final grade.

When we walked out of physics, my last lecture of the quarter was over. I snapped a picture of Gordon (left) and Rob (right), then went home.

I studied for the rest of the day.
