Sorry for such a disturbing post, but I had to share. I haven't really been away from my desk much these days, so I found this to be quite interesting... While I was reading, I looked up and saw a little daddy long legs spider sitting around. Suddenly, a tiny little baby fly started buzzing around the area. I waited...

For some reason, the fly flew around in circles until it flew smack dab into the middle of the spider web. Sensing the vibrations, the tiny little spider sprinted across the web and started tickling the fly... or something.

What it was actually doing was wrapping the fly up... I think.

All of a sudden, it accidentally dropped the baby fly onto one of my papers below. The fly got up, and started flying around again, unfazed by the extended tickling.

For some reason, it decided to fly straight into the web a second time. This time, the spider was a little more careful with its toy/feast. After it wrapped the baby fly for a while, I stopped watching.

Afterwards, I reflected on how amazing it is, that God designed even the tiniest of spiders to be so clever and agile. Too bad they're disgusting.
