Recently there have been massive amounts of birds in the field behind my house. They swarm about and neatly settle into a specific tree. If I clap my hands while seated at my computer in my room, the whole swarm takes flight. It's quite an incredible sight. I went out today, and discovered even more birds.

Standing in the open, there were an unbelievable number of birds. When they flew directly overhead, it was as if there was an animated ceiling above me. The combined sound from their beating wings was amazing.
