Everybody Jowling

I apologize if this entry disturbed or frightened some of you. I just had to share with you guys a technique called "jowling". You and your friends can make hilarious photographs that seem as if they were digitally modified. What's the trick behind these amazingly flattering photographs of people's faces?
1. Relax all the muscles in your face
2. Shake your head vigorously back and forth while your face is relaxed
3. Snap a photograph while forcing the flash to fire
What you end up with is a really strange photograph of your face frozen in time during the shaking.
Sorry again for the horrific sight. I'll post friendlier photographs tomorrow.
My brother tells me I look like a fish in a few of them. I think he looks like a pirahana in the last one.
The google pagerank of this blog was promoted today from 4/10 to 5/10. Huzzah!
Here's a thought: Why do baseball managers wear baseball uniforms during a game, but basketball coaches wear suits?
I think basketball coaches should wear jerseys along with the rest of the team, don't you?
June on October 11, 2006 11:52 AMI don't know if basketball coaches should wear jerseys along with the rest of the team or not. I will let you know later.

=)
bogtrotter on October 12, 2006 07:26 PMi think it's b/c you can look somewhat decent in a baseball uniform at age 65, whereas a basketball uniform would be just a little..... scary?
michael on October 12, 2006 07:36 PMMaybe more people would watch the Kings if rick adlemen wore a basketball jersey.
You might have a point there bogtrotter.
