Bobak came to service today. After the service, which was about Jesus being superior to angels, Grace Alive had another welcome lunch at the L street "frat house". We had sandwhiches, ice cream, and watched football. I've got a large amount of work piled up that I need to get done soon. Good luck everyone.

This entry concluded with a pretty sweet picture of Todd, just like Grill it Up concluded with an amazing picture of James.

Some people don't wake up until they drink a good amount of coffee. Lately, I havn't been going to sleep until I listen to a good amount of music on my ipod. My routine is pretty standard (just like I try and keep lots of things I do and make standard): I start off with whatever music I feel like, then gradually wind down to the soothing stuff... like enya, yanni, and keane.

On many sundays after morning service, I take naps because I'm exhausted. During those daytime naps, I always leave the computer playing a certain playlist, so I think my body has associated those songs to sleeping. The music I drag onto the playlist are: enya, yanni, keane, and travis. Now anytime I listen to those four artists I get hit with a wave of nostalgia and feel like sleeping.

Last night, during my routine, I listened to some songs on my mental "song hall of fame list", or songs that I have in some point in time considered my favorite song. Here they are:

  • Radiohead - Let Down
  • Radiohead - Most Songs by Them
  • Def Leppard - Hysteria
  • Keane - Somewhere Only We Know
  • Muse - Plug In Baby
  • Muse - Unintended
  • Newsboys - The Orphan
  • Newsboys - Any Song by Them
  • Ozma - Domino Effect
  • Ozma - Baseball
  • Weezer - Photograph
  • Weezer - Anything Before Maladroit

Now that you know mine, name some of your favorite songs in a comment or two.
