Fuji Chef Lunch

After morning service, seven of us gather at Fuji chef for their sushi lunch buffet. Most of us ate very little or nothing for breakfast so we could eat a lot of sushi. When we rushed there, we discovered that we were pretty far down the list. The total wait before we were seated was painfully long, but paid off.
I was determined today to exceed my previous (and pitiful) plate count of seven plates. My strategy today was to eat slowly and carefully, and to drink as little water as possible. I ended up eating eight or nine plates, with many more plates of oranges. My total plate count including oranges was something like fifteen or sixteen.
Derek won the competition, beating even joseph's fourteen plates of sushi. I'm not sure how many derek ate, but I think it was around eighteen. Ditha was pretty impressive, with a final tally of eight or nine.
Afterwards, all of us felt like exploding, so we went outside to stand and sit around. Standing up straight felt pretty tiring. Fun meal. I don't think I'll be eating dinner.
