The barbeque, swimming, and board games this evening were fun and tiring. Soon after arriving, I participated in a game of pool basketball. There weren't any rules, so everyone was grabbing each other and shoving each other into the water. There was also relay races, ping pong, scattergories, and food.

This verse made me think about how every day in life is a constant struggle and battle. Therefore as Christians, we need guidance to understand how to win and succeed.

Hold back those stumbling towards the slaughter.
