I had my first of four finals today at 8 in the morning. The subject was calculus, and I needed to perform well... In the end, I don't know how I did, but I don't think it was as well as I hoped. I'll forget about it until final grades come out. Then I'll know how my studying paid off. Today, I studied for film studies.

Film won't be too hard of a test tomorrow. It's multiple choice, and I did well on the first one.

In the afternoon, my brother and I went to the field to throw a frisbee around, but then changed our minds and decided to play some soccer. We put on shoes, got two soccer balls, and started challenging each other at various things.

Keep away, free kicks, headers, juggling, soccer golf, etc...

Over the past few weeks, I've come to understand how sad it is that the United States has barely any interest in soccer. Growing up, I've considered the greatest sporting events to be the:

1. NBA Finals
2. Super Bowl
3. World series

How wrong I was.

This is what the list should actually look like:

1. World Cup

Football, basketball, and baseball simply arn't comparable to soccer. The fame of Lebron James, Peyton Manning, and Barry Bonds arn't comparable to the international stardom of Ronaldinho, Henry, or Zidane.

Soccer is amazing. I wish I didn't quit. Watch the world cup. Go Brazil!

HAHAHAHA Mikey! You've been watching the World Cup too? Why didn't you tell me? I agree. Soccer is amazing.
