The weather was horrible this morning, so I walked a few minutes in the rain to the bus stop instead of riding my bike. I got there early, so I visited a nearby thrift store to see if they had any wigs or aviator sunglasses for funk bowling this saturday. They didn't have anything I needed, and soon the bus came.

After my first class in the afternoon, I walked around the library. On the way out, I ran into Auntie Dolly and walked her across campus. Once she walked off campus, I went to the bookstore and discovered a special table where they were giving away random stuff for free. People went up to it, spun the wheel, and won anything from pens, air fresheners, wine glasses, books, cds, and makeup. I guess it was stuff the bookstore hadn't sold or something. When I spun the wheel I won two sample pens...

While I was walking across the quad, I came across a pretty interesting sight... There was tens of "lynched" banana peels hanging from three trees. Maybe it was an art display or something.

For statistics discussion, the ta didn't show up. Rachel and I went to the bookstore and both spun the wheel. By this time, they were trying to get rid of the stuff. Before we spun, they asked us what we were hoping to win, and whatever number the wheel stopped on, it won us our desired prize. We both got two interesting wine glasses with UC Davis printed on it.

I tried using the glass for some distorted pictures during my calculus discussion.
