My computer science midterm was decent this morning. Before going to the test, I spent a long time relaxing on a sixth story balcony that I found a while ago. Though it was freezing, the view and quietness made it worthwhile. After the midterm, ross and I went to the DC for lunch, and then biked to the ARC.
At the ARC, we checked out ping pong equipment, and went to the tables. There was plastic barrier things near the table, so we rearranged them around in a circle to make a mini-arena for our match. The paddles were horrible, so most of the hour or so was spent hitting randomly and talking about brazils soccer players.
I went and played basketball at the ARC after my last class and grace alive. I was supposed to play the second game, but after some confusion I waited out another one. I basically spent an hour or so just waiting to get into the game. We finally got a team in and lost in a close one.
My dad came to pick me up afterwards, since it was raining. He stopped the car for me to stick the bike in the trunk, but we soon discovered that the car wouldn't start back up. The starting sound grew fainter after each try, until finally all that happened was a faint click when we tried to start it. We called a family friend, and then a tow truck. After calling the tow truck, we were informed that they would be there within one hour.
I got home around midnight...
Praise God for his many blessings.
