I went quite a while past 12 this morning, and didn't get many hours before waking up to pack up everything. Everyone came to our cabin and had breakfast, and then we all went and had another meeting. The message was once again about being good stewards, but more specifically the issue of time.
Once again, the message was very deep, convicting, and encouraging.
The last activity we had before leaving was a big tug-of-war tournament. Our team was tied for 4th and 1 point behind 2nd. We ended up not performing as well as we though we would, and ended the retreat placed 3rd. Pulling on the rope was almost unbearable for my hands, so in the end I concluded that the game is much more fun to watch than to play.
Our 2.5 hour drive back to davis wasn't too talkative, and I took a quick powernap for a quick recharge.
I think I'll do schoolwork the rest of tonight.
