It was the third day of vbs today. I went around and took class pictures of each class for the slideshow on friday. I've got a whole lot of things to do this week, so everything is definitely flying by quickly. Tomorrow, the game is going to be the infamous newspaper game. The pictures will definitely be interesting...

At 9pm, I took my camera and tripod outside to try and take some star pictures. I spent most of the time waiting for the 30 second shutter and jumping around to keep the mosquitos off of me. I ended up with only 5 pictures. They turned out to be pretty bad. I need to look into how to take pictures of stars more. Voila! My first star picture.

Last night, I watched the movie "What's Eating Gilbert Grape" with phil and joe at joes place. I saw that it had really good reviews online, so it was the movie I picked out. It turned out to be quite strange, and sometimes disturbing. We had a little ice cream during the movie, and discovered that the movie made it hard to eat anything sometimes. The acting by leonardo dicaprio is definitely good and noteworthy, although acting as a mentally retarded 18 year old maybe isn't the best thing to be good at.

Bottom line: Rent this movie if you want to watch a movie that contains: a million pound woman, leonardo dicaprio as a mentally retarded 18 year old, and johnny depp with feminine hair.
