Today was definitely an awesome saturday. I was productive, getting what I needed to do finished ahead of time. In the morning, I went out into the field with a towel, and just lay on the ground looking at the sky, listening to the birds, watching the clouds float by, and just marveling at how beautiful it was.

It was awesome lying in the midst of tall grass, with the sun being just hot enough, and the wind being just strong enough to cool you off. In the afternoon, we went back to the davis dump place to drop off a few more things that have been sitting around doing nothing. Today we dropped two bikes off, and yesterday we dropped off a lot of old computer equipment and a television.

The line of cars going into the Davis Waste Removal location was really long, so I got out and just sat around in the salvage area for a long time waiting for my dad to loop around. In the process, he picked up a lot of gardening equipment, and I got four random golf clubs to fool around with.

At night, youth group was different. We prayed, shared a little about aquire the fire, and then watched a movie about a missionary story, called "Last Flight Out". Overall, a blessed day. How great is our God.

God gives you every day to live just once. Make best use of it, cherish every second, and look back at the end of the day satisfied that you did you best.
