Quite an interesting day of weather today. A mixture of gloomy and bright, it was awesome seeing something so colorless suddenly erupt into a beautiful day. My brother and I walk across the field behind my house, and went all the way to the cemetery. He posed for some pictures, and I just walked around.

I spent a lot of time just enjoying nature, and how awesome life is. With his finger, God created each and every star in the sky, and each and every blade of grass, yet he cares enough about each of us, to know us by name and want a close, intimate relationship with us.

Whether you believe in God or not, I find it impossible to look around at how beautiful nature is, and not believe someone with infinite love and wisdom built it all out of love for us.

A little snippet of my reading this morning:

When I consider your heavens,
the work of your fingers,
the moon and the stars,
which you have set in place,
what is man that you are mindful of him,
the son of man that you care for him?
Psalm 7:16

Another thing I noticed today...

for the prostitute reduces you to a loaf of bread. --Proverbs 7:26

That would be terrible... I can't imagine being a loaf of bread. It made a lot more sense once I realized that what it meant, was that immoral people will reduce you to having nothing more than a loaf of bread. If you're intelligent, and understood that the first time you read it, please forgive me for wasting your time.

haha yea. I think it takes more faith not to believe in God.Everything so perfectly fits together! it's amazing.

Hmmm... They require actual 8x10 prints, which I don't have =( I only do stuff with digital cameras. I guess I could, but then there would be a lot more complicated stuff, like entry fee.

Thanks soldier.

Beautiful pictures. You have a such cute brother who is a good actor. I like him. I can imagine how relax you are in the nature. Awesome!

With the HTWP literary magazine contest. What setting is needed? I asked because I took pictures for this contest that are using picture backgrounds. I understand that the contest is for a FALL/WINTER magazine. So im kinda scared to send my photos in because of my confusion on this issue.
