Mud Football

Another rainy day. Public speaking was extremely long and boring today. A few people left early to take the AMC 12 test, and then I remembered I qualified too. I didn't know it was today though. After a few minutes of deciding whether to go take it, I decided to follow them and take the math test.
It was very easy in the beginning, but then got really hard and confusing. For a few questions, I didn't use any smart method, but instead guess and check. I kept typing in random numbers into my calculator, and then finally after forever when I come up with the answer, I say "Eureka!" and then move on. It's how all smart people do math.
I was breezing through, and got quite a few questions into the test easily, when suddenly I was smacked repeatedly with questions I had no idea about. At first I was in disbelief. How could I, an ultra genius, be stumped on a math test!? I took a second look.
I still didn't know how to do them.
After a few more looks, I gave up. After doing all that I could, I put my head down and fell asleep on my jacket. Soon the bell rang, and our long 75 minute test was over. I got up and went to class in the middle. Pretty productive use of 75 school minutes though. Noone to yell at you for slacking off. Too bad they didn't let you listen to music. They let you take a copy of the question sheet though, so if you want to see it, here it is:
Our tennis practice after school wasn't cancelled due to rain like it was yesterday. Today we all gathered for some running, stair climbing, and them football. Since we're all slightly on the lazy side, we skipped the first two things and went directly to football. It's been a tradition to play football in the mud, and I even played with them with my broken arm and cast last year. Too bad it really messed up the inside of my cast, so it wasn't too pleasent the rest of the time I had it on.
On the way to finding a field to play on, we met up with Dugger, who's been out of the picture since graduating last year. He had a lot of soccer stuff, including cleats. During our game today, only Alp and Dugger had cleats, which should at least be illegal or something, but I guess not.
During the whole time the whole team and Coach were playing, we played two hand touch. The track team kept staring at us and laughing, because most of the time people fell not by other people pushing them over in a manly fashion, but by suddenly falling flat on their back for no reason. It was nearly impossible to keep up with anyone running in a straight line, and the slightest touch would knock the runner over and have him sliding for a few miles.
Near the end, Alp knocked Dan so hard he flew back into a metal fence. Dale saw what happened and told Alp to leave. Alp kept trying to stay saying Dan was fine, but Dale was pretty firm, and Alp angrily walked off.
By the time everyone split up to go home, there wasn't a single person left dry. Joseph and I were dripping wet, with mud everywhere. The most interesting feeling is having your whole body wet with clothes on, and having your shoes flooding with water. If you leave your shoes like that a whole day, like in elementary school, by the end of the day and the next day your feet are going to sting and hurt.
Finally in Jose's car we covered the seats, took our shoes off, and used the feet air conditioning to blow warm air. It felt good except it was kinda nauseating having the car so hot.
Mud football is quite fun. I'm sore. Goodbye.
