We spent morning and evening at the scholar's retreat campsite (DL Bliss), but watched my brother's soccer matches during the day about twenty minutes away at the base of the mountain. They ended up winning both games 4-2. In the evening they had a team dinner at a place about two miles from the fields.

It was called Sam's Place. My dad got a Mexican burger and I got a western. Twas pretty messy.

During the break between the two games, my brother went swimming with friends, while my dad and I found a vista point and climbed down to the shore of lake tahoe to eat lunch.
